Delivery Charges and Payment Methods
All prices shown include UK VAT at the current rate and are subject to stock availability. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In this event Digital Daffodil will contact you with the correct price for the good(s) and give you the option to proceed at the updated price. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund.
We constantly monitor delivery costs to ensure that they are kept to a minimum and our delivery charges are an approximate reflection of our packaging and postage costs. The charge is calculated and added to your order before check out.
Our standard delivery charge rates are:
- £1.50 for purchase prices of one or more items below £2.49;
- £2.50 for purchase prices between £2.50 and £7.49;
- £3.50 for purchase prices between £7.50 and £50;
- £6.50 for purchase prices between £50 and £250;
- £9.50 for purchase prices between £250 and £500;
- £12.50 for purchase prices between £500 and £750;
- £15.00 for purchase prices between £750 and £1500;
- free delivery for purchases over £1500.
These charge rates are applicable to a delivery address in mainland England, Scotland and Wales only. Orders with a delivery address in the UK offshore islands, to a British Force Post Office box or to an overseas country may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to one of these addresses.
Credit/Debit Card Online
Paying by a credit or debit card online enables us to dispatch your goods without delay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron cards. To make payment, you will be redirected to the HSBC Secure e-Payments site to process your card details securely.
Please note that the HSBC system requires the billing/delivery address to be identical to your cards registration address.
Cheque by Post
We accept cheques issued by a UK bank or building society. Please make the cheque payable to Digital Daffodil Ltd and write the order reference number and your name on the back of the cheque then post the cheque to:

It usually takes 2-3 working days for our bank to clear the funds.
Online Bank Transfer
You can transfer your payment to us via the internet if you have an online banking account. Please contact us directly to arrange payment and place your order. When transferring funds please quote the Order Number as the payment reference during transfer.
Transfers from HSBC Bank accounts should reach us immediately, whereas it will take 2-3 working days from other banks.
Cash to HSBC Bank
You can pay cash into our bank account at any branch of HSBC Bank in the UK by asking a cashier to pay the cash to Digital Daffodil Ltd. Please contact us directly should you wish to arrange payment this way.
These funds will usually be credited to our account the same working day.
PayPal is a leading high security online payment solution (see www.paypal.co.uk). You can pay for your order via PayPal in just a few clicks using your PayPal account or use it as an alternative to the HSBC Secure e-Payments system to pay by a credit or debit card, including American Express, Delta and Switch, without setting up an account.
Orders are usually dispatched the same working day provided the funds have cleared before 2:00pm and the next working day if the funds clear after 2:00pm. Orders received in the evening or during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
